Refund Policy
- A refund policy will be applicable if the request for a refund is made within the 3 calendar days or Before Issuing the Policy.
- For a refund, you can contact our "Customer Care" at +8809678171717 or email info@bengalislamilife.com.bd to initiate the process.
- No refunds will be processed without the approval of the refund application.
- After receiving refund requests accurately and if the request is approved, Bengal Islami Life Insurance Ltd. will process the refund within 10 business days (excluding holidays/weekends), subject to verification and reconciliation by the accounts and policy servicing department.

Where refund should be given to:
- Personal bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay Number (If paid through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) OR
- To the account which was used for payment (if paid through card/net baking/mobile banking by SSL Commerz) OR
- No cash refund given
- For cards, a refund will be given only to the card used for payment
- In case of payments through credit card, debit card, or internet banking, after Bengal Islami Life Insurance Ltd. processes the refund, the payment gateway or bank may take up to 1 week to 2 weeks to credit the amount to the customer's account, which is beyond company’s responsibility. Once the company has processed the refund, customers are requested to enquire at their respective bank(s) or payment medium about the status of the refund.
